Sarah Buisman is a conductor, teacher, singer and percussionist from Guelph, Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Music from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Master of Teaching from the University of Toronto, and a Certificate in American Sign Language from George Brown College. She grew up singing with Guelph Youth Singers under the direction of Linda Beaupré, has sung and conducted with the Ellison Canadian Honour Choir led by Scott Leithead, and was the 2019 Ontario Youth Choir Conducting Apprentice under Dr. Vicki St. Pierre. Sarah loves spending time with friends and family, and keeping active. She currently works full-time for Romero House, a non-profit organization that provides comprehensive support to refugee families.
