BCC Spring 2024 Highlights

Spring 2024 has been a wonderful time of enjoyment & fellowship for BCC. We were delighted to host the Junior Treble Festival, and perform at Carmina Burana. We also held our annual Spring concert, this year titled “Float”. We finished off the season with an amazing tour to Montreal. This season we also bid adieu to Charissa Bagan, who was our Artistic Director for the past 7 years. Click here to see photos and e-newsletter.

Order of Canada awarded to BCC Pianist Eleanor Daley

Congratulations to Eleanor Daley on her appointment to the Order of Canada. It is an exceptional honour to receive this recognition for her significant contributions to Canadian music and choral culture.

As the long-time pianist-in-residence for the BCC program, her musical talents and dedication have undoubtedly impacted many singers' lives over the years. Her works as a composer and accompanist have left a lasting impression on the Canadian music scene and will continue to inspire generations of musicians to come.

Once again, congratulations to Eleanor Daley on this well-deserved recognition of her achievements and contributions to Canadian music and choral culture.
